    In this episode we chat to Author and Magnetic Mindset coach Amber Lyon. Born and raised in a small town in New Zealand, Amber now resides in New York City. Amber founded Modern Mind in 2018 as an online journal of ideas and reflections on how to show up in alignment with more joy, ease and opportunity. 
    Her iconic ‘visual meditations’ of quotes have been shared by millions online and have seen her strong community blossum alongside it. In this interview she shares how she found the process of penning her first book and the steps that led her to launching her own brand, following a previous career in modelling.
