Suzanne Smal is the owner and founder of Biocare Products, a wholesaler of organic and sustainable cosmetics. She brought the Superbee Beewraps to the Netherlands and now has the exclusive right to deliver the brand throughout Europe.

With her company, she was elected the 59th spot in the innovation top 100 of the Dutch Chamber of Commerce. In 2020 she ended in the top 10 of the Dutch MKB Business Awards, and she has been nominated for the Top 400 Viva Women in the category Business and Creation in the Netherlands. In 5 years she has reached a turnover of 250k+ euros. Her goal is to spread honest, organic, and sustainable makeup- and skin products to every woman. The interview is in Dutch.
