Hey & Happy 2021 to you! As you can see from the episode I explain why I've been gone for a while. Let's just say the word of the year for me is going to be "consistency." In this episode I discuss lifting pressure off myself so I can clearly see my goals. Last year was a learning process of not getting frustrated and comparing myself because I didn't get results immediately. I taught myself the value of at least starting somewhere and share where it's brought me now. I hope you all reach your goals this year, and write them down so you can see them everyday.
