We talk about “goalie wars” on the Queener Lax podcast A LOT and how we and other top players really believe it is the best game you can play to get better at lacrosse, get the absolute most reps. All while learning to compete and have fun!!

We grew up playing in the Chicken Coop and Backyard playing “FULL GOAL” we’ve since called it Goalie Wars as it is a catchy name and just easier to teach new players quickly!

Most people who play goalie wars just fire hard balls back and forth at each other and there aren’t any other rules to the game.

Full Goal or our version of Goalie Wars has rules and more “gamesmanship” as @kingqueener says!!
