This episode of Menopoised Musings is the story of a young woman thrown into menopause without any knowledge of what was to come – at the age of 36.  That woman being the wonderful Karen Stenning, who hadn’t talked about her menopause publicly since it happened. In fact she hadn’t shared her story at all. Her bravery in doing so now, is helping to blow the doors off the menopause taboo. This episode is as raw as it is entertaining - with plenty of advice and laughter along for the ride.
