This week we go to ward 10 Cindrela Hwange. the area is managed by Hwange colliery company and for that fact the local councilors find it difficult to work around the area. Service delivery is a challenge hence collective approach for solution is needed, some say its simple devolution is the way forward, some say HC should just hand over the area to the local board.
