Hating My Body | Finding My Value

Body Positivity is the buzz word of the century, but some of the harshest comments we make are about ones body. I deep dive into my personal journey with the relationship I have with my body, how one of my first crushes kicked off my body trauma and how i'm navigating the space now. There was no BBL shade in the making of this podcast ✨ Wine Recommendation: Recently I had 2020 Mirassou Pinot Noir from California that was sooo good. It is super gentle on the pallet for those who are a little newer to red wine and has notes of red & black cherry, lush layers of fresh raspberry, strawberry jam, and pomegranate are balanced with hints of oak and vanilla. Like Fine Wine | Being Honest About What I Learned In My 20's

Felt like this was the perfect episode to come back with after another major hiatus. I almost cried a few times on this episode because so many of these tips are so personal to me. Getting really real about the challenges I had in my 20’s and what I’m so ready (& not…) for in my 30’s. Wine Recommendation: I wasn’t sippin' on this episode because fitness goals...but recommending one of my current faves that i'll wait for the weekend to sip on, 2017 Marqués de Cáceres from Spain. The Dark Place

So she started a podcast and then went silent for like 2 months 🥴 We getting into the real life stuff... finally! Listen to me as I ramble in this episode about some of those negative thoughts we all have when going through life. Sometimes you catch yourself getting a little dark and forgetting how much light you really bring to the world. A reminder that it is okay to feel it, just don't stay there! ✨ Forgot to mention a wine in this episode because I was actually drinking coffee.
