It’s a great way to get a perspective on what is happening on the US trail scene. As a European (Italian) Mountain and Running coach there is a lot of great information for me to listen too and think about. The presentation is also very professional but with a familiar feel to it.

There’s a lot of ideas and useful information for people who are passionate about trail running. Really really enjoyable listening. One thing I would appreciate is more focus on the sub ultra distances: while there’s a strong culture for the ultra trail scene, I think this discipline deserves more attention and better information
