Complement Your Well-Being with a Dose of Integrative Medicine

Today's conversation with Denise Cavner explores the themes of integrative, alternative and complementary medicine practices as often less-explored routes to help improve our well-being. She shares her expertise in clinical herbalism, Ayurveda and Effective Freedom Technique (also known as tapping) as methods that may provide holistic healing approaches that can bring health and happiness to the whole person. Denise explains that there's no one-size-fits all approach when it comes to optimal wellness for each individual, although a hearty dose of nature and love of animals is likely a universal joy booster.
