This led her to set up Aurora with her psychologist cousin Obehi to empower others to lead fulfilling lives.

She talks about the impact which lockdown and covid in the news had on HR managers, having to keep up constant with the news and changes in restrictions. She set up small HR wellbeing workshops to help these managers talk about their pressures. This led to a linkedin foundry being set up based around this so these HR managers felt they had a network and people they could connect with. She goes on to talk about how some businesses have adapted their plans around wellbeing in the workplace and how this needs to be something which is considered more.
