Jen Alico is a 300hr Certified Meditation Coach and Corporate Wellness Expert who, after earning her Bachelor’s and Master’s Degree in Accounting, quickly found herself in the corporate world feeling exhausted and burnt-out. During that time she found meditation, which helped her overcome burnout, establish work/life balance, and gain confidence in many aspects of her life. Now she’s using what she’s learned to help hardworking professionals and corporate teams overcome stress and burnout through meditation and mindfulness.
