In this episode, I discuss how I have been struggling to continue keeping up with my weight lifting goals. I had been skipping the gym, and could not find the motivation to continue with the weight lifting routine that I had set for myself. Then, an unexpected person came to my rescue; my husband. He made a suggestion that worked like a charm, and now, I have newfound energy to continue with my workouts. If you’re having a hard time finding the motivation to continue with your exercises, try using visual reminders or visual aids to help you find new inspiration in your fitness journey.
