    This energy is the essence of the divine, the spark of consciousness that animates all life.

    Like a low hum of love touching everything.

    Invite yourself to settle, 
    As you ease into your bed. 
    And breathe. 

    PAUSE

    Allow your body to move and adjust,
    Until you’ve found that perfect, sleeping position. 

    PAUSE

    Now, take a deep breath,
    Filling your entire body with cleansing air.
    And then exhale, releasing all that air, 
    All that tension, 
    As your body sinks further into bed. 

    PAUSE

    I am in control of my thoughts and feelings.
    I choose to think positive and empowering thoughts.
    My mind is calm and peaceful.

    And feel your body relax. 

    The weight of calm is running down,

    And melting you at max.

    PAUSE…

    She calls you to surrender, 

    Your ego at the door. 

    She asks you to let go of,

    Who you’ve been before. 

    PAUSE…

    Your best self calls upon you,

    She whispers in your ear.

    She wants you to be able,

    To live not ruled by fear. 

    PAUSE…

    So come inside and find your breath, 

    And feel the fateful pull.

    She waits for you to make a choice,

    To live your life so full. 

    My best self knows when to move,

    And when to take a rest. 

    She’s aware of all my boundaries, 

    But pushes me past my best. 

    PAUSE…

    She always knows the larger truth,

    What I can’t always see. 

    I am capable of so much more,

    So many possibilities beyond me.

    LONG PAUSE…

    If I sit down and tell the truth,

    I often keep her at bay. 

    I ignore her voice inside of me,

    And excuse the thoughts away. 

    PAUSE…

    Because what she says quite often feels,

    Like impossible tasks and chores.

    Not only will they test me, 

    For others, they may cause wars. 

    PAUSE…

    There’s a mix of fear and wonder,

    That others have when they,

    See you as your best self,

    Creating your own world today. 

    PAUSE…

    On one hand, some will marvel,

    At how you blow past your goals. 

    On the other, some will hate you,

    For exposing their own holes.

    PAUSE…

    But as time passes, you will know,

    That your best self is wise. 

    You’ll see that all of that,

    Is noise above which you rise. 

    LONG PAUSE…

    Your best self only wants,

    For you to live life your way.

    To push yourself past your limits,

    And find the joy and play.

    Aligning your mind, body, and soul is an essential step in the manifestation process. 

    When your energy is aligned, you are better able to tap into your intuition and trust in the universe to guide you towards your goals.

    PAUSE

    So center yourself and align your mind, body, and soul for manifestation. 

    Take a few deep breaths in and out, allowing your breath to calm your mind and relax your body. 

    As you breathe in, imagine inhaling positive energy and exhaling any negativity or doubt.

    PAUSE…

    Now, bring your attention to your body. 

    Feel the weight of your body on the ground or the chair, and become aware of any sensations you may be feeling. 

    Feel a sense of grounding and stability.

    PAUSE…

    Next, bring your attention to your mind. 

    Notice any thoughts that may be swirling around, and gently let them go. 

    Allow yourself to become fully present in this moment, without judgment or attachment to any particular outcome.

    PAUSE…

    Now connect with your soul,

    As you reflect on your deepest desires and intentions. 

    LONG PAUSE…

    You are worthy of all that you desire and that the universe is conspiring to support you in manifesting your dreams.

    PAUSE…

    "I am aligned with my mind, body, and soul. 

    I am ready to manifest my deepest desires. 

    I trust in the universe and in myself."

    The shadows have come out to play,

    The anxieties are rising within.

    Your stomach churns,

    Your head spins,

    Every part of you is uncomfortable.

    PAUSE…

    It all feels so real,

    But take a deep breath…

    And you’ll see.

    That all this emotional discomfort.

    All this worry and anxiety and fear,

    Exists in the past and in the future.

    So breathe in deeply,

    And allow your breath to pull you here,

    Into the present,

    Far away from all of it. 

    PAUSE…

    Your regrets, 

    Shame,

    Or sadness,

    All your emotions are real. 

    But the emotions exist,

    For things that happened in the past. 

    PAUSE…

    So imagine yourself breathing them out,

    With every exhale.

    Slowly releasing their hold on your heart,

    And on your mind. 

    LONG PAUSE…

    All your worries,

    Anxieties, 

    And fears,

    All your emotions are real. 

    But the emotions exist,

    For things you foresee for the future.

    So imagine yourself breathing them out,

    With every exhale,

    This moment,

    Right now,

    Is all you have.

    Is all there is. 

    PAUSE…

    So ease your emotional discomfort,

    By choosing to live in the present.

    Pulling yourself deeper here,

    With every single life-giving breath.

    Let go of control,

    Let go of the emotions. 

    This moment right here is what you have.

    PAUSE…

    So open yourself up,

    With all of your imperfections,

    With all of your humanness,

    And pray for grace,

    Pray for peace,

    Pray for love.

    Feel them wash over you,

    Filling your beautiful soul,

    And covering you in a soft, warm blanket.
