You know that time when there is a certain task you have set out to do and you don’t do it. 

You might transfer it in your mind to another day, or just justify why maybe it’s not important to do?

I call it RESISTANCE… you will hear me say the word RESISTANCE a few times. 

Because from now on I want you to be aware of it. Because it’s all in our awareness.

Ignorance is not a sin, if you don’t know you don’t know. Yet, now you know.
