I am an independent licensed mental health counselor (LMHC) and a licensed school adjustment Counselor in MA currently working in private practice via tele mental health. I have been in the field since 2007 working with the residential, outreach, prison, and addiction population. Currently working in private practice and consulting. The goal of my podcasts is to give listeners more self awareness and insight into their symptoms, stressors, and with the goal of facilitating positive personal growth and change. I will also discuss the past/recent/ and current times/stressors.
