UN Foundation x lululemon | Peace on Purpose

Peace on Purpose is a partnership between the United Nations Foundation and lululemon that provides humanitarian and development workers with mindfulness tools designed to support their own well-being -- so that they can continue to care for others. These simple and evidence-based practices equip people responding to the world's biggest challenges with resources to respond to adversity, uncertainty, and rapid changes.

    眠りにつく (30分) Settling into sleep (30 min)

    ストレスのある状況では、休息が難しくなることがあります。研究によると、マインドフルネスは体のストレス反応をコントロールし、眠りをサポートすることがわかっています。このメディテーションでは、全身を意識する練習で、よい休息へと導いていきます。 Restlessness may arise during times of stress. Research is beginning to indicate that mindfulness can support sleep through managing the body’s stress response. The following meditation leads you into rest through the practice of full-body awareness.
