三菱電機、米セキュリティー関連企業を買収　１３００億円で

三菱電機は９日、米国のセキュリティー関連会社ノゾミネットワークスを買収し、完全子会社化すると発表した。 Mitsubishi Electric Corp. said Tuesday that it will acquire U.S. security firm Nozomi Networks Inc. for about 130 billion yen, making it the biggest deal by the Japanese company.
