    In this podcast, I speak with Reb Veale who is a Master Trainer of NLP, an mBIT Trainer and one of the first mBIT Master Coaches to be certified. Reb is also an occupational psychologist, anthropologist, coach, supervisor, and grandma.

    She recently was a speaker at the ANLP conference and holds training events all over the world.

    Reb has also co-authored a range of coaching and personal development products including Developing Emotional Intelligence coaching cards.

    Reb is an integral part of the mBIT (multiple Brain Integration Techniques) community and is continuing the powerful work of Grant Soosalu in developing mBraining; a framework which allows you to access and connect fully with your whole neural network, so you can gain clarity, take wiser and more authentic action and better manage your emotions and your relationships in positive ways.

    In this podcast Lydia and Reb bring a blend of neuroscience and ancient wisdoms to discuss the technique of mBraining.
