    I entered the gym with a little spark of hope that someday I could be the person I am today. During the last ten years working as a personal trainer I’ve had this constant feeling that I cannot help enough people. My success as a personal trainer stems from the connection and trust I build with my clients. Online training always appeared cold and impersonal. I have been searching for a way to utilise online systems to help a greater number of people for the last five years. Daniel came into my life mid lockdown and we instantly knew that we have a shared belief and passion to help others. Together we have created ‘Personal Training Online Not Online Coaching’ with a primary focus of treating each and every client as an individual.

    My profound success, both as a personal Trainer and a human being, over the last decade is rooted in my firm belief that fitness is for everyone. It is my gift to share with as many people as possible.

    I entered the gym with a little spark of hope that someday I could be the person I am today. My success as a personal trainer stems from the connection and trust I build with my clients. Online training always appeared cold and impersonal. I have been searching for a way to utilise online systems to help a greater number of people for the last five years. Daniel came into my life mid lockdown and we instantly knew that we have a shared belief and passion to help others. Together we have created ‘Personal Training Online Not Online Training’ with a primary focus of treating each and every client as an individual.
    Our mantra is ‘here to serve’ . This is the approach that I entered the industry with over ten years ago.
    It continues to pay dividends both in my clients results and in my own development.
    Fitness for me is about so much more than looking well for your holiday. It Is about building self confidence with a piece of time dedicated to you and only you. Training for me is almost medatitave as I cannot be both in my head and in my body at the same time. Slowing the chitter chatter in my head just enough that I can challenge some of my negative thoughts before they get

    a chance to spiral out of control. The discipline of making time for me brings a sense of integrity and self affirmation that has nothing to do with pride or ego. My profound success, both as a personal Trainer and a human being, over the last decade is rooted in my firm belief that fitness is for everyone. It is my gift to share with as many people as possible.
