Cognitive deficits are a core feature of schizophrenia and account for much of the impaired functioning associated with this disorder. What are the cognitive deficits associated with schizophrenia? Our guest, Dr. Derin Cobia, is a clinical neuropsychologist and Associate Professor of Psychology and Neuroscience at Brigham Young University. Currently, he is Director of the BYU MRI Research Facility and directs the Brain Imaging and Behavior Lab.
