    Mindfulness Exercise 3: Mindful Eating

    In this episode, we are going to have a mindful eating meditation exercise. In which this exercise encourages heightened awareness of your experience with just a simple bite. Since we don't often eat in the slow and mindful way, this practice is a powerful application of mindfulness that will help us to appreciate the experience of eating more enjoyable. Mindful eating can lead to an important insight such as the pleasures of life, the food, and the whole journey of eating.
    When you eat, just eat.
    When you drink, just drink.
    And be mindful of the process.
