Welcome to 12 Years in N.M, Part 2.  In Part 1, we spoke about our experiences in N.M. and exposed the truth about the illegality of International Students on Visas building a N.M. business.  A fact that has been covered up, not discussed, and led to the mass manipulating of tax documents so as to not be discovered.  We discovered that this issue is rampantly and systematically abused across the country for decades without any regard for its effect on peoples lives and immigration statuses.
After over a month of healing, I have been able to come into this talk from a peaceful and zen state. In this episode Hugh Zhang and I do a follow up to our chat 5 weeks ago about Network Marketing. You will hear Hugh and I go deep into the System/Education Income that comes from Network Marketing.  How the income created by the top N.M. distributors comes mostly from selling of Cds/Audios, Phone Apps, Books and Conferences and not mainly from the income made from the N.M. company.  Furthermore, you will learn how this Educational system has used the last 5 weeks to cover up the truth that we spoke, through misleading their people and removing their concerns by assuring them it can be 'hidden in tax documents' so as to not be caught.
The main message of the talk is do not become a sheep so that others can manipulate you and hold your dreams/happiness hostage based on what you do or do not achieve.  Do the hard work of thinking for yourself and go create your own happiness right here, right now. Hugh and I have both taken that step and welcome each one of you to do the same. No amount of fame, recognition, business acumen, or money will bring you happiness. That is an inside job, that can be created in this moment anytime you want.
In paying homage to my African American brothers and sisters who are fighting for equal treatment right now, remember the mighty quote "Injustice anywhere is a threat to justice everywhere" by MLK Jr.  Speak up, stand out.  When we do not, that is how evil triumphs.

In 2018, Hugh walked away from a million dollar Network Marketing business he invested 12 years in building.  Here is why.
Hugh and I met as freshman at University of Wisconsin -Madison back in 2006 and started a Networking Marketing business together at almost the same time.  He was a role model of mine and an example of how to work hard, stay disciplined and still have fun.  He came to the USA at the age of 16 years old from China and taught himself his forth language, English.  I was blessed to watch Hugh majestically build a million/multi-million dollar business before my eyes.  He drove many late nights, served so many and impacted thousands of people.  Huge was invited to get paid to travel to Australia and Vietnam as an acclaimed speaker.  Then in 2018, Hugh suddenly flew off to Europe and walked away from the empire he had built.  Everything continued on, without any explanation of what Hugh was doing and why.  Finally, after years of waiting I got to find out exactly why Hugh walked away from his business, what he has been up to and how he is actually doing. 
For anyone who is involved with, heard of, been exposed to or interested in a Network Marketing business, this is a must listen to gain the perspective of 25 plus years of combined Network Marketing experience.  This is not a bash nor an endorsement of the industry.  It is simply a review of the pros and cons and why both him and I decided to walk away for our own separate reasons.  It is insightful, funny, thought provoking and engaging.  You will not want to stop till you finish the full almost 2 hours.
