Gavin Flood, Sarah Linsner, and Nick Mckenny are Master of Arts in Teaching students at Hobart and William Smith Colleges in the Finger Lakes (FLX) Region of New York State. During the final semester of their graduate program, they decided to create a podcast that focused on K-12 student voice, with a particular emphasis on learning throughout the COVID-19 pandemic. Episodes include participant interview clips and commentary from the creators.

Episode 1: Introduction and Modality
In our first episode of FLX Kids and COVID, we introduce ourselves and the project we completed as part of a Master of Arts in Teaching program at Hobart and William Smith Colleges. Through interviews with eight K-12 students from across the Finger Lakes, we explore the impact of different learning modalities on the student experience during the 2020-2021 school year.
