    Three years ago, Herzl Camp opened Mickey's Kitchen, a teaching kitchen for kids and staff to learn how to cook and build camaraderie. In the wake of the first specialty week in the kitchen, Mitbach Masters, Rosh Mickey's Mitbach (head of the teaching kitchen) Julie Cohen and cooking instructor Dekel Shetach, talk about the importance of the kitchen, how the program has developed, and the part that food memories play in all of us at camp.
