John discusses the changes made since the organization was originally call the National Youth Sports Coaches Association. He also discusses his involvement with sports growing up and the importance of having coaches certified. He explains the training NAYS offers, how to receive a “Better Sports for Kids Quality Program Provider Designation” and the upcoming NAYS Congress, scheduled this year in Baltimore, Maryland.
