I am so excited to be talking with Rashida tonight. She has an extensive and impressive resume. She graduated from Springfield College with a Masters in Education and Educational Counseling. She then went on to work as the Regional Director of Residential Services for Northeast Center for Youth and Families. From there she went back to her hometown of St Croix and worked as the Deputy Commissioner for the Juvenile Justice Division of the Department of Human Services in the US Virgin Islands, and now is currently the Director of Juvenile Justice with the Center for Human Development. She walks us through the process of residential living for adjudicated youth and so much more!
