These guys dig deep! If you have any questions about the difference between sake and shochu, the difference between imo shochu or kome shochu, or what to sip while curling up with a good book, this is the podcast for you. Chris and Stephen are both incredibly knowledgeable and the podcast is extremely professional and well produced. I even love their theme song!
