    We had the pleasure of welcoming Ben Smith, the esteemed Head of Sports at the International School of Luxembourg (ISL), to the studio. Joining him was our favourite pundit, Adam Petersen, for a session filled with insightful discussions and lively banter.



    We learn of Ben’s personal journey to his current role at ISL and experiences and the path that led him to lead the sports department at one of Luxembourg's most prominent international schools. It's a great story of dedication to sports education.

    Ben took us through the variety of sports that ISL offers and discussed the encouraging mindset they foster among their students. Whether you're a parent considering sports programs for your children or simply interested in sports education, Ben's insights provide a valuable peek into how ISL shapes its athletes.



    Adam gave a detailed breakdown of the Formula 1 Sprint format, perfect for both die-hard F1 fans and newcomers to the sport. Adam's expertise shone as he explained the nuances of the format and what it means for the future of racing.



    From the deep south of New Zealand, our correspondent Rod Bannister brought us the latest updates, proving that the sports scene in NZ isn't just about rugby. His segment, aptly titled “Give 'em a Taste of Kiwi,” broadens our horizons about what New Zealand has to offer to the world of sports.
