I am a mother of twins and this podcast is about my learnings and applications of managing my kids. I will be covering some of the important aspects that doting parents find challenging while raising kids and the very first one and one of the most common issues faced by parents is temper tantrums.

Tantrums undoubtedly, are one of the most challenging parts in raising toddlers. But these tantrums can be managed effectively with this 4 step method which I have curated with lots of research, and trial & error. These 4 steps have really helped me handle the temper tantrums of my twins without stress. It was eye-opening for me when I realized that temper tantrums, when dealt well, teaches the child self-regulation which is a key skill in 'Emotional Intelligence'. Changing our perception towards tantrums gives us an opportunity to emotional coach our children thus


enabling them to be self aware of their feelings
give them the ability to express their feelings
allow them to give a name to their emotions
lead them towards being emotionally secure
enhances the parent-child bonding for the long-term

I would encourage you to use these 4 steps with your kids and I am sure you will be able to see the difference in the first few attempts and eventually enjoy long term success in parenting.
