On this week's episode, we continue with our final week of solutions. We end with our spirit wheel, which I think is the most important of all. When depressed, we don't feel connected. We feel alone. We hunger for connection. We are often punishing ourselves and keeping walls up to protect ourselves from getting hurt by others, or getting scorned and rejected by God. Let's take a deeper look at our spirit and just how it can greatly affect our mental health.
