    As a mental health first aider, we encounter a lot of work-related struggles that may trigger people with mental health issues like (but not limited to) anxiety and depression. At work, mental health first aiders are usually the people that you will meet at the EAP department (Employee Assistance Program), or nonetheless the HR. They have their way of bridging the gap between the company and its employees. Having said that, they are the first people that the employees consult, before anyone else. 

    In this episode, I am sharing with you some things that an employee has struggled with, and I will be needing all your help to point us to proper resource persons that can address these issues.

    Many times I have been asked by people what's in it for me whenever I say that I am keen on doing these things to reach more people. I don't actually earn anything from it~ but it makes my heart full that I get to help people. It's like my endorphin. Or it is more proper if I say that it's more of a serotonin. It makes me happy. It makes me want to continue telling people that there is always help whenever they find themselves in a bad place.
