Rut is then joined by his fellow University of Wisconsin alum and good friend, Sherp. A bit of massively exciting personal news is revealed before they break down the first four weeks of the NFL season, make their World Series predictions, and discuss soccer becoming a more popular sport than hockey. Sherp & Rut also discuss why Toronto is a great place to vacation and they wonder if either of them should ever return to Ann Arbor, Michigan.

On episode 23 of “Rut’s Happening” Andrew Rutberg is joined by fellow Chicagoans and UW alum, Rib and Luber. They discuss why they chose to attend college in Wisconsin, whether they've adopted any local sports teams, and the NFL finally returning to Los Angeles. The guys debate the best steakhouse in Chicago and whether Rib could beat any one single athlete in the Olympics. Rut also tells the story of when he was wrongly arrested in Milwaukee.
