Self Love Creates Healthy Relationships
My spiritual awakening has revealed a lot to me about myself.
I'm finally ready to move out of the energy that has been holding me back by starting with loving my authentic self.
I look forward to talking more about mental and spiritual wellness because we must do that first if we want healthy relationships and sex lives.

Why I’m non-monogamous and sex-positive
Openly owning that I’m non-monogamous and sex-positive can feel scary because our monogamous culture has created a negative narrative about people who choose not to prescribe to the normative way to love and care for others.
Owning that I’m non-monogamous and sex-positive has removed the barriers blocking the creation of my love; now, I can love everything within me and extend it outward to everyone and everything.
I’m proud that I chose to allow myself to love, especially since I had more barriers put in place due to how our society portrays those living with HIV.

The Reason I Created This Podcast

Recording This Podcast Is Making Me Anxious
I'm now realizing that I'm putting myself in the hot seat by allowing others to hear my internal thoughts. Now I'm afraid of my own thoughts and how others will internalize them.
