    Anita is the Director of Social Media and Advocacy at Ericsson, where she has been championing social-first thinking since 2013. Having amassed more than 15 years’ experience in B2B marketing and communication, and a decade in social media across various roles, she currently enjoys a unique position with oversight of all social media, employee advocacy and influencer marketing across Ericsson’s global business.

    Ross is the Content & Social Lead at Met Office. Whether it’s your cardigan or coat? Your bicycle or the bus? The Met Office can tell you. They are experts in weather and climate. Ross leads design and video production, responsible for the overall visual brand, to ensure the Met Office create engaging, informative and high-quality communication. He oversees the day-to-day creation and publishing, joining up ideas and setting the direction for the Met Office social channels, which have over 1.6 million combined followers. His design background helps him bring clarity to complex, scientific messages and produce impactful content for the public, ultimately helping them stay safe and able to thrive.

    In this episode, we sit down with Nada Alkutbi to discuss successful influencer marketing and strategy building. 

    Nada is an experienced digital and social media expert at IBM, and has recently been appointed as the Social Media Leader across Europe, Middle East and Africa. Previously, Nada has worked as both a digital marketing and social media strategist for IBM in the UK & Ireland. Among her achievements, she spearheaded the IBM social influencer marketing programme, driving engaged visits to ibm.com and quality audience generation for events, and played a key role in the design of the global IBM Influencer Council, to establish a centralised approach to influencers and to give teams the tools needed to develop and measure their own programmes. She has also led the UKI employee advocacy programme helping IBMers to improve their social eminence and presence.
