One of the greatest guides on my life journey

Fortunate enough to have encountered with Dr Adia’s TEDx talk early this year, which then took me to her 5-week unconditional self compassion challenge and this pod cast. I deeply realized how crucial it is to learn the importance of cultivating unconditional self-compassion and unconditional self-worth for each one of us. Her guide is one of the most inspiring lecturers that I believe enables us to live fully. I have a lot of appreciation.
