We lie to everyone around us everyday without even realizing it. Everyone lies for different reasons, normally to protect themselves. But the biggest lies we tell are to ourselves. Can you be 100% honest to yourself about anything? In today's podcast we talk about the importance of being violently committed to telling yourself and others the truth.
