    I Feel

    We are allowed to feel what we feel. We are free to express, and be. Our feelings are valid. Our feelings speak to what aligns with us and what doesn’t. We can use our feelings to navigate where we are in our growth journey, to learn more about ourselves and others. We are living, feeling, breathing beings, and it is a true gift to feel; it is our human nature. Today, we’re taking time to speak to our feelings, and reclaim our innate power.
    This is our last episode of Season 5. Before we begin our affirmation meditation, I have to give a special thank you to you. Every time you listen to this podcast, it brings joy to my heart and inspires me to keep inspiring others. I hope you’ve received something from these words, you can always come back for daily reminders. Who knows, maybe we’ll release a bonus episode before our next season.

    I Think

    Our thoughts are powerful. Being aware of what we allow to enter and pass through our minds is a healthy practice. It allows us to be intentional about what we’re thinking, to choose our thoughts with purpose, to steer our thoughts onto more positive paths, to notice them, redirect them, water them. We are the captain of our mind’s ship. We have the power and gift to speak life in our thoughts, plant seeds of love in our imaginations, envision prosperity in every area of our lives, even if our eyes don’t see it yet.
    Right now, we’re going to honor these strengths. Here are vows to empower our minds and thoughts.

    Our cups are already full. Better yet, our cups are overflowing. We have breath in our lungs, eyes to see, ears to hear, able bodies, thinking minds, beating hearts, unique voices. We have peace, love and joy all flowing within us. We are here, right now, blessed to experience a brand new day. Our cups are running over with life. So today, let’s take a few minutes to remember who we are, and all we already have.

    When was the last time you told yourself: I deserve. I deserve good things in my life. I deserve to be loved. I deserve to be happy. I deserve that promotion, that raise, or that divine opportunity.
    Sometimes we may question whether or not we are worthy when something good happens in our lives. I’m here to remind you today, that yes, you are worthy. And yes, you are deserving.

    In a world that highlights doing and achieving, we must remember the importance of being. Rest is a vital part of our well being. It has the capacity to heal us, rejuvenate us, calm us, ground us, refocus us.
    Rest gives our minds, body and heart time to let go and relax into the present moment, making room for inspiration and creativity to flow. Sometimes, we have to give ourselves permission to slow down and rest, and that’s exactly what we’re doing today.
