Practical tips for a healthy lifestyle!

Coach Roseanne is good vibes all around. Knowledgeable, Practical and so so generous. The way she explains nutrition and her approach to healthy living is very doable. I think the fact that she has a psych background helps because the issue is not just food, it’s why we are eating the way that we are. She is like the big sister/friend we all want.

Recently, I have taken the initiative to learn more about my health, specifically my nutritional health. I am so excited for this podcast because I know how eye-opening it will be for me! I am already so inspired to become educated on nutrition and I can’t wait for more podcasts to come!
