WLTYAC: Plan B: Making the Adjustment When Plan A Doesn’t Pan Out!

Katie was just weeks into launching this podcast and laying the initial groundwork for ”WLTYAC & HTMTA” when the world was thrown the Covid-19 Curve. Katie responded by making the adjustment and demonstrated how to respond to a crisis – in real-time. Of course, this situation was no one’s plan, but since this is the type of thing -helping others learn to navigate the unexpected challenges of life, is one of the very reasons for which the podcast exists, Katie felt that she should share practical insight on how to respond to different types of crisis or emergencies and thus does one of the things she does best- she made the adjustment. However, almost 11 months have passed since the world has been navigating this uncharted territory. Katie knows how important it is to have a firm and solid foundation with anything you hope to build on if there is any hope of sustainability. Therefore, Katie hit pause on other upcoming content and took us back to both in time so she could continue what she began in hopes of completing a foundation for this podcast that is solid, firm, and complete within the 1st year of the podcast launch. NOW… onto THIS EVENTFUL EPISODE. In “Plan B”, Katie addresses the birth pains of change, why pain can be a critical component of experiencing joy, and what to do when things don’t go according to our game plan. Get warm and ready, as serious storytime is about to ensue. Please be advised: this episode may contain content not suitable for all viewers and listeners. Audience discretion is advised. WLTYAC: A See & Shop Exclusive | Alitura ft. Founder/CEO Andy Hnilo

This week we have another See & Shop Exclusive brought to you by WLTYAC & HTMTA! Today’s inspirational guest on the podcast is Andy Hnilo of Alitura Naturals. Andy is a former division 1 athlete, actor/model turned entrepreneur after a tragic accident that almost took his life. Attempting to cross the street in 2011, Andy was struck by a westbound heading Land Rover and then run over by an eastbound heading Toyota Tundra. He sustained a shattered jaw, 7 broken ribs and a collapsed lung. Unrecognizable, jaw wired shut and nubs for front teeth, Hnilo was looking at what should be a long recovery and an end to a promising career in the entertainment industry. For MOST people. Grateful to be alive, Hnilo channeled his perspective and looked at his situation as a blessing and began each day with a healthy routine that quickly brought results in his recovery but more importantly, Hnilo found his creative outlet in creating a ‘meal’ for his damaged skin. A heightened awareness of cosmetic ingredients and the importance of using clean ingredients quickly led to Hnilo studying skincare ingredients and how to heal scars. Turning his bedroom into a lab, Hnilo used himself as his biggest science experiment that quickly led to a podcast appearance on Dave Asprey's bulletproof radio. After such a great response and demand for the product that he created to heal himself, Asprey invested and partnered up with Hnilo and Alitura Naturals was born! Now his award winning products are shipped to over 80 countries. Alitura is Latin for feeding and nourishing, your skin is your largest organ, you will find out on this episode why Hnilo is so passionate about sourcing only the most effective, pure ingredients for his products.

p.u.r.S.u.e. Unity: “S is for SEPARATION”

We’ve made it to “S” in this series, “P.U.R.S.U.E. Unity”. In this podcast, we focus on 2 main areas. The first is the importance of the words we Speak (hint: Be careful little mouth what you say) and what role they play regarding our destiny. The other subject we explore is what exactly it is that Separates us to begin with... (hint: it’s Sin!!). Separation from God the Father came as a result of Sin.... all the way back from that fateful day in the garden. But praise be to GOD! The good news of Salvation is that Jesus paid it all and bought us (ALL OF HUMANITY) back, so we could be reconciled to God and enjoy perfect unity with the Father!! . . . Various Scripture from the episode: Ephesians 2:10 For we are his workmanship, created in Christ Jesus for good works, which God prepared beforehand, that we should walk in them. Romans 12:1 (NKJV) I beseech you therefore, brethren, by the mercies of God, that you present your bodies a living sacrifice, holy, acceptable to God, which is your reasonable service. 2 Corinthians 10:5 Casting down imaginations, and every high thing that exalteth itself against the knowledge of God and bringing into captivity every thought to the obedience of Christ; (the first half of this verse is the one I was blanking on during the show! Of course, I remembered it driving home!) Romans 10:9-10 If you declare with your mouth, ‘Jesus is Lord,’ and believe in your heart that God raised him from the dead, you will be saved. For it is with your heart that you believe and are justified, and it is with your mouth that you profess your faith and are saved.” Follow me on social media: FB: https://www.facebook.com/whenlifethrowsyouacurve32 IG: @whenlifethrowsyouacurve32 or @katiehamilton32
