Today, her company generates $100m a year of sales and is the largest non-alcoholic beverage in the US with no relationship with big soda companies. 

Kara's philosophy is straightforward: overcome your doubts, the people who doubt you, and believe in yourself. Successful entrepreneurs are just normal people who are willing to take a chance.
