It's Mental Health Awareness month and today on the podcast I want to share two mindset and heartset practices you can do to help manage and improve your mental health. Our mental health is on a spectrum and what works for some people doesn't work for everyone. However, these two practices that I share are backed by science to demonstrate their power of helping us take control of our mind.
