    Episode 131 - Event Horizon

    It’s the very 100 and 31st episode of Forsaken Cinema Podcast!!! We keep our theme “Holiday Hell” jingling along with “Event Horizon”. The gruesomely gory cult classic from 1997 that poses hell as a chaos dimension discovered by a doomed spaceship that can travel through space time and will be invented (according to the movie) in just about 15 years from now. Lol. Anyways, this is mostly just Chuck rambling about a bunch of bts stuff and both hosts talking about how they love every scene, scene by scene. Still, though, had a ton of fun, especially with Mel’s review of “Rumplestiltskin” from 1995 in the opening segment. Go get it, freaks!!! ———  Available wherever you get your podcasts.     It’s the very 100 and 28th episode of Forsaken Cinema Podcast!!! ”Death is What’s for Dinner” month continues with 2012’s “Would You Rather” starring Jeffrey Combs and Brittany Snow. There’s a very repetitive “Parent’s Guide” segment, lots of talk about a particular whipping instrument, and the entire episode is basically one big “Nasty Nitpicks” segment. We go pretty negative on this movie, but it was still a super fun conversation because sometimes shitting on something is a lot more fun than praising it. Go figure.     It’s the very 100 and 24th episode of Forsaken Cinema Podcast!!! We continue Summer Camp Slashers month with 2018’s “You Might Be the Killer”!! Starring Fran Kranz - whose name you will hear butchered over and over again during this episode mostly by Melissa. And we mostly enjoyed this movie - it's a lot of fun, but agreed it’s not the most amazing meta slasher out there. Nevertheless, we had a great conversation and a particularly fun “Freaky Favorites” segment. Also, we will NEVER apologize for the amount of Anchorman quotes on this show.
