I interview Andrew Fredette who created a job for himself that allowed him to travel where he wanted and still work with others as a career. He started in research for medicine and health, but he realized there was a better way for him to help people, which has been important to him. He helps people get momentum behind their own career dreams involving start ups and help them face doubt. However, he's definitely learned a bit about himself and how to be freely himself while helping people.
