In a holographic memory resolution safe scene induction, the objective is to create a calming and secure environment to facilitate the recall and integration of memories. This involves guiding an individual into a relaxed state, often using techniques like deep breathing or progressive muscle relaxation, followed by visualization. The scene might be a serene and safe place, such as a peaceful garden, a quiet beach, or a cozy room. The individual is encouraged to imagine every detail vividly, engaging all their senses to enhance the feeling of safety and tranquility. Once the individual is in this induced safe scene, the level 2 emotional externalization discharge begins. This stage focuses on gently externalizing and processing emotions associated with the memories being recalled. The individual might be guided to visualize these emotions as tangible objects or colors, which can then be expressed or released in a controlled manner. For example, they might imagine placing their anxiety or fear into a balloon and watching it float away. The goal is to allow the person to acknowledge and release their emotions without becoming overwhelmed, facilitating healing and resolution. Throughout the process, the individual is supported and reassured, ensuring they remain grounded and connected to the present moment, reducing the risk of emotional distress.
