    Ep - 67 Espresso Martini

    The classy Red Bull Vodka - An Espresso Martini! This is our final studio episode. We have a live show at Red Leg Brewing on June 19th. This has been an amazing and fun journey but at some time the bender has to end. Thank you Drinking Buddies for allowing us to be your Spirit Guides! Espresso Martini Recipe: ●      2 ounces vodka ●      1/2 ounce coffee liqueur (usually Kahlúa) ●       1 ounce espresso, freshly brewed (or cold brew concentrate) ●      1/4 ounce simple syrup.   Preparation (According to the IBA):  Add vodka, coffee liqueur, espresso and simple syrup to a shaker filled with ice and shake until well-chilled. Strain into a chilled cocktail glass. Garnish with 3 coffee beans. Mezcal Sour Recipe: ·     1 ½ oz Mezcal ·      ¾ oz Lime Juice ·      ½ oz Agave Syrup ·      ½ oz Egg White   Preparation · Dry shake ingredients for 30 seconds. Add ice and briefly shake to chill.     Ep - 65 Painkiller

    Alcohol has been used as a PAINKILLER for centuries but luckily modern humans have created the perfect Painkiller cocktail. Another pain reliever is the fact that Producer Andrew is not on this episode. Your 2 Girls, Melody & Bugbee, try their best to manage without him. Painkiller Ingredients: 2 ounces Pusser’s rum 4 ounces pineapple juice 1 ounce orange juice, freshly squeezed 1 ounce cream of coconut Garnish: nutmeg, freshly grated Garnish: pineapple wedge Preparation: Add the rum, pineapple juice, orange juice and cream of coconut to a shaker with cubed ice and shake vigorously but briefly to combine. Strain into a hurricane glass or snifter over crushed ice. Garnish with freshly grated nutmeg and a pineapple wedge. Serve with a straw. New Episodes every other Thursday.     Ep - 63 Boozy Hot Cocoa

    DOUBLE EPISODE DROP! It's still hot drink weather so your Two Girls cozied up with a Boozy Hot Cocoa. Learn the difference between Hot Cocoa and Hot Chocolate as well as how mean Bugbee can be when her blood sugar drops. This cocktail can be basic or complex but no matter what you need to drink it out of your favorite mug. ☕ Recipe: Boozy Hot Cocoa • 3 cups whole milk • 8 ounce chocolate bar, we used a 70% cocoa ba r• 3 Tablespoons sugar or Demarara sugar • pinch of salt • 6 ounces Peppermint Schnapps. Preparation (According to the IBA): 1. Warm the milk in a medium saucepan over medium heat. Warm until just steaming. Whisk in the chocolate until melted. 2. Bring to a simmer, don't let it boil over. Whisk constantly for 3-5 minutes until the mixture thickens slightly. 3. Remove from heat, add sugar and salt. Stir until mixed and sugar melted. 4. Divide peppermint schnapps between 4 mugs (1.50 ounces each) and then top with warm chocolate mix. Top with your choice of garnish, whipped cream or marshmallows are divine. 5. Cheers!
