So you've been told you need to practice gratitude? So do we. 

During this episode we talk through what we've learned about self care, mental health, tele health, and how to stay grateful and positive during isolation. We are documenting how we still have a budding friendship even though we haven't physically seen each other for three months. We tackle issues like mindfulness, what to do when you can't travel, how to guard your mental health. We get real, we talk about why it's so hard to stay mindful daily, and why we can't preach practicing being grateful, since we are still learning we invite you to practice with us. We are looking for persistence not perfection.
