Breaking Free: Meghan Crawford's Journey to Finding Her Purpose Through Organizing

"Don't Mind Me, I'm Different!"

Episode # 010: In this episode I talk with ADHD Organizer Coach Megs Crawford about how after she started working with a therapist while pursuing her masters degree it became apparent that she might benefit from getting diagnosed with ADHD. Her immediate thoughts were how could I go through my entire life and not know that I have ADHD? She talks about how after reading Faster Than Normal by Peter Shankman she felt that she wasn’t alone and that empowered her on her journey of self-discovery.

It was a real pleasure enjoying her positive energy that she describes as “being super tapped into the feelings that she wants to have on a regular basis.” Megs shared with us about how she learned that from her mother and always tried to model that in her life and to be a great role model for her children. She also talks about what finally motivated her to become a coach and start her own podcast. Megs even coaches me on how I can be more successful with organization in my daily life schedule just by asking the right questions.
