I ran four companies, founded and investment bank, chaired CEO peer groups and have been a speaker on leadership for the last 15 years. This show is for business owners, CEOs, high-performing entrepreneurs, and leaders who need to influence a team. If this is you, you know there's nobody above you to ask for help. Leadership is not just what goes on outside yourself: It is also what goes on inside: your belief models, and the mind structs and constructs that alter your interpretation of reality.
