We often stay within our circles, but if we want to change race relations in this country, it's time for us to talk to people outside our circles. Leah and I discuss what viewpoints she developed throughout her lifetime as a White woman living in a community and attending school with only one person of color in her graduating class. I share with her my viewpoints growing up in a Black community dealing with racism my entire life.
