    Take a deep breath,
    And allow yourself to settle. 
    Bring your attention away from your mind,
    And let it focus on your breath. 

    PAUSE

    Follow its path,
    As the air flows in,
    And out of you. 
    Reaching a little deeper inside of you with every inhale,
    And releasing and relaxing you with every exhale. 

    PAUSE

    Breathe and relax,
    Breathe and release. 

    PAUSE

    Now settle into an easy, gentle rhythm of breathing,
    As your face softens,
    Your chest opens,
    And your arms and legs melt. 

    PAUSE

    Breathe…

    LONG PAUSE 

    See if you can feel a little more space around you, 
    Those thoughts, those worries, those details, a little further away. 

    PAUSE

    Like little grains of sand,
    Let the wind carry them further,
    And further away from you. 

    LONG PAUSE

    Come deeper into your breath, 
    Feeling yourself ride its waves,
    In, 
    And out.
    In, 
    And out. 
    Each cycle creating even more space around you. 
    Each cycle filling you with grace and love. 
    Each cycle settling you deeper into yourself. 

    Breathe…

    LONG PAUSE
     
    Feel the heaviness lift from you,
    One grain of sand at a time. 
    As you breathe in more space,
    And release them from you. 

    LONG PAUSE

    Let the heaviness dissolve. 
    Let it all go. 
    Let your mind clear,
    And your body relax. 

    PAUSE

    Everything is going to be ok. 

    You are safe. 

    You are whole. 

    You are light. 

    LONG PAUSE

    Soon, the grains of sand are gone,
    And the space around you is clear. 
    Feel the space within you grow,
    The overwhelm disappear.

    Chaos.  Oh, the chaos.  It seems to sneak up on me, poking its head out through the holes of all the details of life that I tell myself I’ve managed, organized and controlled.  Chaos rises like lava deep from the underbelly of what I think is stable ground.  It oozes out, spreading its flaming, hot substance all over the landscape of my life.  It burns everything in its path, leveling all growth, all life.  Chaos.

    To be financially free,
    Can mean different things to different people. 
    PAUSE…
    Common in thought, however, 
    Is the basic desire to not have to worry about money. 
    To know our bills are paid,
    Without us having to work for it. 
    To be able to do what we want, 
    When we want and have the financial means to do so. 
    PAUSE…
    The freedom here lies not in the money itself, 
    But the belief that we are safe,
    Taken care of, 
    And free to do as we please. 
    LONG PAUSE…
    So let’s consider for a moment, 
    The thought that…
    You already are safe,
    You already are taken care of, 
    And you already are free to do as you please. 
    PAUSE…
    With or without money.
    You are already free. 
    LONG PAUSE…
    How does this feel to you? 
    Does resistance arise? 
    Logic? 
    A space for possibility? 
    PAUSE…
    What if financial freedom really was born in your mind,
    And not your wallet? 
    LONG PAUSE…
    Relax your body a little more, 
    And clear your mind with each breath. 
    And open space within you,
    In your mind,
    Your body,
    Your soul,
    For the seed of financial freedom to be planted. 
    PAUSE…
    Feel the freedom of safety.
    Feel the freedom of security.
    Feel the freedom of choice.
    PAUSE…
    Feel the freedom of adventure.
    Feel the freedom of giving.
    Feel the freedom of true abundance. 
    PAUSE…
    It’s all here already.
    Within you.
    In this moment. 
    Right now.

    Knots in my belly, 
     
    Storms in my mind,

    The pressure is rising high. 

    The world is shrinking, 

    As I try to scream, 

    I crumble heavily and cry. 

    PAUSE…

    It feels like my brain, 

    Is exploding inside,

    Trying to figure it all out. 

    It feels like my heart, 

    Will burst at the seems,

    Aching with pain and doubt. 

    PAUSE…

    I guide my hands up, 

    To touch my sweet heart,

    They’re burning with so much fire. 

    They find the fast beat,

    Inside my chest,

    Peace is what they desire. 

    So I slow down my breath,

    And soften my face,

    And sink a bit further until,

    My hands and my heart, 

    Have found pace,

    And slowly, I become still.

    LONG PAUSE…

    My mind wants to scream, 

    That no one really gets, 

    The mountains I carry around. 

    My heart wants to cry,

    And give it all up,

    Walk away without a sound. 

    PAUSE…

    But instead, here I am,

    Trying to find peace,

    Believing the chaos will fade.

    I have to be willing,

    To sit in the fire,

    Without feeling dismayed. 

    PAUSE…

    So breathe with me now, 

    Slower and slower, 

    Let your breath calm you down. 

    Feel your mind ease, 

    From all of that stress,

    Feel yourself melt in the ground. 

    LONG PAUSE…

    Layer after layer,

    Slowly peels away,

    Releasing the mountains of pain. 

    Layer after layer,

    Slowly reveals, 

    The vulnerable me that remains. 

    PAUSE…

    Right here in this space,

    Naked and raw,

    I see what I need the most.

    And just then I feel,

    The arms of the Divine,

    Hug me like a beautiful ghost. 

    LONG PAUSE…

    She whispers her words,

    So I can feel loved,

    There’s comfort that she’s here to bring. 

    When you’re falling apart, 

    I’m right here with you,

    I’ll gather up everything. 

    PAUSE…

    I let myself cry, 

    I let myself go,

    I release it all out with each tear.

    The more that I free,

    Everything inside, 

    The more I feel light and clear. 

    LONG PAUSE…

    So breathe with me now, 

    Slower and slower, 

    Let healing cover you whole. 

    Feel your mind clear, 

    And dissolve what is left,

    The Universe is protecting your soul.

    Breathe in the space around you,

    and as you settle into it,
    softly close your eyes.

    A chance to open the portals of possibility.

    So become aware of your body and its stillness
    in relation to everything around you.

    The feeling of the air touching your face,
